U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable: • Import duties • Tariffs • Customs fees • State or local taxes These charges are determined and collected by the U.S. government or customs authorities. Lucky Paws Treasury does not receive any portion of these taxes or tariffs. These payments are made directly by the buyer to the government.

Shipping rates are calculated based on: • Package weight • Package dimensions • Destination • Selected shipping speed We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options within Canada and the U.S.

Orders are processed and shipped quickly. • Shipment typically begins within a few hours up to 2 business days after the order is placed. • Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that carrier delivery times may vary.

Orders may be cancelled or edited only before shipment begins. Because we ship quickly (often within hours), please email us immediately if you change your mind. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” before final drop-off. Please allow 1–2 additional business days. We recommend: • Checking with neighbors • Checking your mailbox or concierge • Confirming the shipping address • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.

We accept returns under the following conditions: • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product • You must email us with clear photos of the item and packaging • The item must be unused and in saleable condition • Saleable condition means the original plastic wrap must remain fully intact around the product If the plastic wrap has been removed, the item is not eligible for return. Return Shipping • If the return is due to defect or shipping damage, we will review the case after receiving photos. • If the return is due to a simple change of mind, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
