Lucky Paws Treasury does not receive any portion of these taxes or tariffs.

These payments are made directly by the buyer to the government.

Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” before final drop-off. Please allow 1–2 additional business days.

Checking your mailbox or concierge
Confirming the shipping address

We accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
You must email us with clear photos of the item and packaging
The item must be unused and in saleable condition
Saleable condition means the original plastic wrap must remain fully intact around the product
If the plastic wrap has been removed, the item is not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to defect or shipping damage, we will review the case after receiving photos.
If the return is due to a simple change of mind, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
