Frequently asked questions
General
U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable:
• Import duties
• Tariffs
• Customs fees
• State or local taxes
These charges are determined and collected by the U.S. government or customs authorities.
Lucky Paws Treasury does not receive any portion of these taxes or tariffs.
These payments are made directly by the buyer to the government.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
• You must email us with clear photos of the item and packaging
• The item must be unused and in saleable condition
• Saleable condition means the original plastic wrap must remain fully intact around the product
If the plastic wrap has been removed, the item is not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to defect or shipping damage, we will review the case after receiving photos.
• If the return is due to a simple change of mind, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
