Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any concern with your order, we warmly invite you to contact us so we may review your case and work toward a solution together.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Every item undergoes multiple quality inspections before shipping.
If you believe you have received a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
If you have any concern, please email us to open a conversation. We are always happy to assist. Your complete satisfaction is what we strive for.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged Inner Plastic Wrapping
If the protective plastic wrapping inside the shipping box has been torn, opened, or damaged, the item will be considered used and is not eligible for return.
We kindly ask that you inspect the outer condition carefully before unwrapping the internal protective film.
b) Surface Marks Are Not Defects
Subtle marks or impressions on the body of the scratcher are not considered defects.
Our products are wrapped by hand while wearing cotton gloves. During handling, faint pressure marks may naturally occur. These do not affect functionality, structure, or durability and are not eligible for return or refund.
c) Moisture Damage
Our scratchers are crafted from premium paper-based materials. Exposure to moisture — including water, humidity, spills, or pet accidents — may cause irreversible damage.
Items affected by moisture are not eligible for return or refund.
d) Used or Damaged After Delivery
Products showing signs of use, wear, improper handling, or environmental damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
